Refund & Cancellation Policy:

  • Hotel / Flight cancellation policies will apply( As Per Hotel/ Airline Norms)
  • Flight cancellation/reschedule (at airlines end). The Pulse Holidays is not responsible for changes in further related bookings.
  • We require 50% of the Payment to Process Land Booking, Need full amount to book flight, Ferry,Train Tickets.
  • Required full payments for hotels and tours that are Non-Refundable.
  • Airfare is subject to change without prior notice and The Pulse Holidays will not take any responsibility for the same.
  • Tours & Tickets for attractions once booked will not be refunded.
  • The Pulse Holidays Non-Refundable Cancellation Charge Rs.5000 per Person.
  • Any tours, transfers or activities can be canceled because of unforeseen weather conditions Or Political issues. Guests should take care of their own, canceled tour, transfer or activity will be refunded.
  • In Case Any Duplicate Booking Found In Airlines/Hotel/Resort/Cruise, any amount paid in this case would be forfeited or any ADM/charges will be liable by the traveling Guest.
  • In the event any tour participant misses part / whole of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to delay/ indisposition or any other reason whatsoever on his part, then he will not be entitled to claim any refund.
  • The Company reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure
  • Even in case of a Tour for which the payment was made in Foreign Currency if any, with or without part payment in Indian Rupees the said refund shall be made only in Indian Rupees at prevailing rate on date of refund as per existing Rules and Regulations.
  • Refund (if any) for amendments and/or cancellation will be paid directly by cheque or bank transfer to Tour Participants by the company. It would take 45 working days to process a refund and 60 working days if tickets/hotels/car rentals are already paid.

Terms & Conditions

  • Web Check inn is mandatory for all travel and check all travel related documents before you do Web Check Inn.
  • Final Voucher will be provided after the full booking payment is received.
  • Vehicles are provided to you only for point to point basics not for Disposal.
  • Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes or entrance fees.
  • Standard Check in time is 1500 hrs and Check out time is 1200 hrs noon. Early check-in/ late checkout is subject to availability.
  • Tipping is customary in all parts of the world for services rendered. Your tour manager / briefing sheet will guide you in this regard.
  • Hotel Pictures given to you might differ from actual.
  • Extra 3.5% will be charged if the mode of payment is a credit card, Debit Card And 4% Extra on Amex.
  • Once Booking is processed, no amendment is allowed – if so charges will be borne by the guest.
  • Tours specified in the Brochure are subject to minimum participation of paying Participants. If the participation is below the minimum prescribed, the Company reserves the rights to amend, amalgamate, alter, vary, or cancel a Tour without incurring any liability to pay any compensation. If Company decides to operate the tour with participation below the minimum stipulated the Company reserves the right to collect additional pro -rata amount.
  • In Cruise, Gratuity fee is excluded from the package, this is directly paid by guests at cruise.
  • It is expressly stated and it is understood that any child below 12 years paying the special ‘without bed’ rate will not be provided bed in the hotel under any circumstance. In case the Tour Participant on his own makes a change in rooming while on tour the Company will not be bound to refund or pay compensation towards such change/s. If any such change in rooming by the Tour Participant attracts additional charge he/she shall be bound to pay the same directly to the concerned hotel.
  • Room booked in a hotel with an extra person will receive an extra mattress or extra bed, as per the hotel policy & availability.
  • Visa on arrival countries, expense on visa is a part of the guest. The Pulse Holidays will not take care of any charges.
  • Passport should be valid for 6 Month (180 days from travel date)
  • Travel Insurance, all claim settlement is between (Guest and Insurance Company) The Pulse Holidays do not have any liability.
  • Pan Card and Aadhar card  is mandatory for all Indian nationals who are traveling. For NRIs passport copy,visa copy, if have OCI (Overseas Citizenship Of  India) Should be shared at the time of booking.
  • Visa Approval/Rejection are completely discretion of the Embassy, The Pulse Holidays do not have any liability.
  • International Hotels require security deposit and City taxes, which are given by the Guest upon arrival at time of Check Inn.
  • Hotel Amenities are part of the hotel.
  • Special requests like Early Check-in, smoking room, non-smoking room, particular views, Particular Floors, King or Queen size bed, twin, adjoining room or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival.
  • Drinks including Water during meals/sightseeing tours are not included
  • While guests on tour found COVID-19 positive, all quarantine stays/test expenses will be borne by the guest. The Pulse Holidays will not be responsible for any expenses.
  • Kindly note that if any guests are shown symptoms of COVID-19 at the time of arrival at the Airport, the local authorities in charge will conduct a COVID-19 test. Should the test result is positive the guest/s will be accommodated in a designated isolation facility managed by the Government of state/country. Your reservations will be considered as no-show.
  • COVID – 19 tests are mandatory in some cities/countries for arrival/departure or both, Kindly ask us /read all COVID – 19 tests/quarantine rules before traveling.
  • Travel insurance is a must – Please ask us or make necessary arrangements before travel.
  • The Company shall be excused from the performance or punctual performance of any of terms and conditions/ services/ tour or part thereof as above, if the performance thereof is prevented or delayed by any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company, which shall include acts of God, riots, wars, accidents, embargo, terror attacks, coup strike, natural calamities or requisition (acts of government) or delays/ negligence/ carelessness in the performance of the independent contractors caused by any such circumstances as referred herein. Any additional costs incurred by the Company, for the services provided to the Client, during the Force Majeure event, shall be paid by the Client.

Company shall under no circumstance whatsoever be liable to the Tour Participant or his co-traveler for:

  • Personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, death, delay, discomfort, increased expense, consequential loss and/ or damage on account of theft howsoever caused.
  • Temporary or permanent loss/damage to baggage/ personal effects howsoever caused. In this condition the expression “howsoever caused” includes willful negligence on the part of any person.
  • Loss of baggage by the Airline/Cruise line/Surface transportation.
  • Failure on the part of the airline to accommodate Tour Participant/s despite having confirmed tickets.
  • Airline not allowing Tour Participant to board the flight for reasons beyond the control of the Company.
  • Damage or loss caused due to reasons beyond the control of the Company (Force Majeure Vis Majeure).
  • Refusal to grant Visa by the consulate / embassy.

No liability on the part of the Company arising in any way out of this contract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facility shall exceed the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the same and shall in no case include any consequential loss or additional expense whatsoever.
